General policies

  • All requests are contingent upon availability and are subject to change.
  • Please be advised that routine maintenance activities may occur on the property during your stay.
  • Please note that additional fees for extra beds are not automatically included in the total cost and will be settled separately during your stay. The maximum capacity for cribs and extra beds may vary based on availability. All requests for cribs and extra beds are subject to availability.
  • There are two pricing policies available.
    The first is non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-changeable.
    The second is a flexible option, which is cancellable, changeable, and 100% refundable up to 72 hours before arrival.

Child policies

Children of any age are welcome.

  • 0 – 3 years FREE (baby cot available to hire for Rp 150,000 per night)
  • From 4 years old to adults, extra bed in room at Rp 900,000 per night (breakfast included). Please specify that rooms have a maximum capacity of 3 people.

Prices for cots and extra beds are not included in the total price and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
